I have a beautiful, like new, kitchen or dining room table set. NO SCRATCHES OR DENTS!
Made by ETHAN ALLEN, the wood is maple with an oak color varnish. My late husband and I purchased the set directly from the ETHAN ALLEN manufacturer about 10 or 12 years ago.
It has only been used on special occasions and I have taken great care of all pieces. I want to downsize my furniture and have decided to sell the table set so another family can use it and enjoy for many years to come.
This farmhouse table comes with 2 ?head of the table? chairs, 6 side chairs, 2 leaves, custom table pads and 4 removable support corner legs. Can seat 2 - 8 people comfortably, depending on how you set it up.
I have done my research on the internet and this is a ?steal? compared to the dining sets available to purchase today. Not only is this dining set larger, but it is much better constructed and has numerous seating options. It can be set up to its full capacity or collapsed for a smaller area.
After reviewing many dining sets on the internet, I found a similar dining set for $ not including taxes and shipping/handling. Just the table alone was $ (and it was smaller). ONE ?head of the table? chair was $279, one side chair was $150 and the table pads were $219.
When the dining table has both leaves in place, it measures 7 ft 8.25 inches long X 3 ft 6 inches wide. Stands 2 ft 6 inches tall. Without the 2 leaves in place, it measures 6 ft long.
When both sides are collapsed and you would want just seating for 2 people, it measures 3 ft 6 inches long X 2 ft 6 inches wide.
